A Century of Kiwanis

The Kiwanis Club of Forest Park celebrated 100 years of service, a milestone that brought Club members from many generations together.

Live music filled Fearon Hall as guests gathered and celebrated with Forest Park pride. Over a dozen Forest Park restaurants were represented and community celebration bringing in the finest of Forest Park’s offerings.

Dr. Jerry Lordan graced the room with prayers and thanks, and Tom Michaels honored the room reflecting on the century of giving, one child at a time. Committee chair and President Kristen Lyons thanked the community and the Kiwanis for the years of giving. The original charter, recently restored and framed was on display.

Kiwanis partners from 209 Scholarship, Scouting, Park District, Village of Forest Park, Go Baby Go were present to welcome the new century.
